The Network Operations Center (NOC) will monitor and control your company’s most valuable assets and data. The first step we take in “creating” your NOC is to understand your business processes and infrastructure monitoring objectives. This involves gathering detailed requirements from Managers, Administrators, and other company stakeholders.
Once this information has been gathered, a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) proposal is created to explain what technologies are to be monitored, and what business and/or IT events will trigger alerts. As your first point of contact for serious issues needing immediate attention, Performance Data begins work to resolve the issue and contacts the designated customer IT Administrator. These alerts can be emailed, generate cell phone messages, and/or sent to mobile devices. Our full feature web portal allows customers to review all past and current service issues, as well as billing information. We support all common operating systems including Windows, UNIX, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, and Linux.
